Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, All sales are Final! "Lola's Love Cove" does not accept returns.Â
"Lola's Love Cove" has a VERY STRICT exchange policy* because of the items we sell. Due to the health and safety of our team and patrons, Exchange Request may be denied.

Any Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is an ensured seal upon all products sold, meaning the items have been certified by being minimally charged and powered on to eliminate defectiveness. If there are any more issues please make sure you:
- Try a new set of matching batteries.
- Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly.
- Check that the cap is fully tightened.
- Remove any protective seal covering the battery.
- Properly charge the product for more than 5 full hours.
- Press and hold the power button for several seconds.
Exchanges
The ONLY way an exchange may be granted is if you have received the wrong item. As in, you purchased one product but received different product instead. If this is the case, please hauthenticco@gmail.com with an exchange request. There MUST be an exchange request sent to our Email within the 10 days that you've received your order! We will notify you once we’ve received the request and inspected your order.
The items/products must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and/or unsealed, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. MUST HAVE RECEIPT AND/OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. You may receive the product ordered or a FULL refund, This is based upon inspection and available inventory.
If your exchange is approved, you will need to pay for return shipping. Next, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed. Items sent back to us without first requesting first will NOT be accepted for exchange or refund.
Refunds*
There are no refunds just freely given. Full refunds are ONLY made towards CERTAIN APPROVED EXCHANGES ONLY. By email, we'll let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
